Arriving by car

There are a number of conveniently located public car parks to the north of Caernarfon town centre along Glan Môr and Balaclava Street, adjacent to Victoria Dock. If you are approaching Caernarfon on the A487 from either direction you should follow signs for Victoria Doc and park outside the town walls in one of the public car parks. To walk to the hostel continue from Balaclava Street straight ahead onto Glan Môr and through the town wall onto Stryd Pedwar a Chwech. Turn right onto the High Street for approximately 40m, the hostel will be on your left on the corner of Castle Street.

Arriving by public transport

The nearest train station and long distance bus stop are both in Bangor, 4 miles away. Regular public buses travel between bus stops adjacent to Bangor station and Caernarfon, alternatively you can take a taxi direct from the station. When travelling into Caernarfon alight at the main bus station on Penllyn Road. Turn left onto Bridge Street then right as you enter Castle Square. Keeping the castle on your left hand side follow Castle Ditch for approximately 50m and turn right into Castle Street. We are located 50m down the street on the Corner of Castle Street and High Street.
